Amy Mullins serves as the Camp Manager. Amy is originally from Kenna, WV. She has been at Spring Heights Camp and Retreat for ten years and has been the Camp Manager since 2015. She was raised with horses and is passionate about 4-H too. Amy is married and has two children who love camp! She enjoys spending time with her family and being in nature. If you see Amy on a horse at camp, she is having a good day!

Connie Burdette is the head cook and housekeeper. Connie has been with Spring Heights Camp and Retreat Center for 13 years and loves everything about Spring Heights. Connie is married to Paul (Head of Maintenance); they have one child and three beautiful grandchildren. Connie enjoys cooking for all the campers and guests that come to camp. When you see Connie, ask her if she has any cookies! They are THE BEST.

Paul Burdette is the Head of Maintenance at Spring Heights Camp and Retreat Center. Paul has been with Spring Heights for seven years. He is married to Connie Burdette, and they have three rotten grandkids. Paul enjoys farming with his grown son (also named Paul!) on the family-owned farm where they have Gelbvieh cows and spend spring days with calves and summer days cutting hay. Paul takes great pride in keeping Spring Heights looking beautiful! Be sure you yell, “Hi Paul!” when you see him around camp!

Megan is the host and Program Coordinator at Spring Heights Camp and Retreat Center. She started as a camper in 2011 and became a staff member in 2016. She grew up in Clarksburg, WV, attended Marshall University, and now resides in Spencer, WV, with her mischievous cat . Megan teaches Special Education at Spencer Elementary and stays busy coaching the Roane High School track team. Go Raiders!
